Kyle Fitch<\/h2>\n

Electrician, Team Leader, Bodyweld<\/strong><\/h4>\n[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line”][vc_column_text text_direction=”default”]Kyle started his career in high school as a co-op student at an automotive supplier. From the start of his co-op, he was intrigued by the robots. He wanted to learn more about them; how to teach them and how to set up the robotic cells. After his co-op, he got an apprenticeship opportunity. While gaining experience with automation, he knew that TMMC\u2019s level of automation would not compare. TMMC was opening the Woodstock plant at the time and once licensed, Kyle pursued his career at TMMC.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Start Your Impossible<\/strong>\u00a0methodology is very much a part of your day-to-day life at TMMC. If there is something new he wants to learn, he has the opportunity to go out and grab it.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text][\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Accent-Color” heading_tag=”default” heading_tag_functionality=”default” title=”What is a challenge you experience in your role?”][vc_column_text text_direction=”default”]The biggest challenge in my role is when you work in such a large plant, there are always more opportunities to make improvements. I love this about my role, but it can also be a challenge. It creates an excellent environment for learning opportunities but can make it feel like there is always something you are not able to complete.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text][\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Accent-Color” heading_tag=”default” heading_tag_functionality=”default” title=”Describe a successful day at work \u2013 what makes it successful for you?”][vc_column_text text_direction=”default”]I love fixing breakdowns. There’s nothing more satisfying than troubleshooting a challenging breakdown, having the pressure of the Production line stop and being the person to fix it.[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Accent-Color” heading_tag=”default” heading_tag_functionality=”default” title=”What keeps you motivated in your job?”][vc_column_text text_direction=”default”]Self-motivation is what makes him successful. The more he does, the faster the day goes and the more he learns. I always tell new team members that the opportunity is what you make it – if you are eager to learn, this is a great spot to work.<\/p>\n

I am also motivated by being a team player and feeling a sense of teamwork. I\u2019ve been a Team Leader for 7 years and have always felt part of the team. Even when I first joined TMMC, I felt the One Toyota family.
