Flexible & Custom Healthcare
Contract Team Members receive the extended Medical Flex Plan after 12 weeks. Permanent Team Members can choose the coverage that works best for them; Health Spending Account, LTD, Critical Illness and Life insurances, no waiting involved.
Family Friendly
Family is important. We top-up new Mothers, Fathers, and adoptive parents up to 65 percent of their salary up to 35-50 weeks for permanent Team Members.  Academic scholarships are available for employees’ children!

Vacation & Time Off
Time off is crucial to a healthy work-life balance. In addition to paid holiday season shut down, permanent Team Members receive 19 days of vacation in the first full calendar year and increases with additional years of service.

We offer career support through on-the-job training, skills training, in-house apprenticeship programs, online training programs and special projects. We always look in-house first!
Stable Employment
Through the recent COVID pandemic, all three TMMC facilities were stalled for seven weeks. All Team Members received their full pay, regardless of whether they were able to continue working from home, at the plant, or not.
