Tips to prepare for your interview

The goal of interviewing is to give us a chance to get to know one another better. You’ll have already done an application and an assessment, and now we’ll have a chance to better understand your knowledge and skills, and the prior training and other qualifications that can make you successful in your new job. Meanwhile, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know TMMC, our team and get a feel for what it’s like to work here. Preparing ahead will enable to you present answers and examples during the interview that demonstrate how you meet the role’s requirements.

Can be from current or previous employment, volunteer work, internships, part or full time. Give us examples of skills or knowledge that are specifically related to the role you are applying for.
Ahead of our meeting, prepare to demonstrate experience showing skills acumen relevant to the position’s requirements. Tell us your level of experience and how you’ve utilized the skill.
These important questions help us understand how you’ll respond to a given situation using both soft and technical competencies. The S.T.A.R (Situation Task Action Result) method will help you in your responses.
Understand and connect with our history, culture and business philosophy as much as possible before your interview. How do your aspirations fit with who we are?
A nice appearance shows you take the opportunity seriously. Dress in a comfortable ‘business casual’. No tie or jacket, but a collared shirt/blouse with dress pants or khakis are a solid choice.
Your interview is not only our chance to learn more about you as a person but gives you the opportunity to get a glimpse of who TMMC is and what makes us unique.

At TMMC, we empower our team members to drive their future and take control of their success.
