Press & Weld
Engineers manage capital projects, process improvements and optimization projects utilizing automation and innovation. We focus on safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Plastics, Paint & Assembly
Engineers manage capital projects, process improvements and optimization projects utilizing automation and innovation. We focus on safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Quality
Utilizing various tools for engineering analysis, Engineers ensure modules consistently meet all design and performance expectations; manage supplied parts quality and vehicle life cycle quality from design development input through to mass production and field quality.
Environmental & Facilities
Engineers are responsible for establishing and maintaining environmental management systems. Facilities Engineering provides support to mechanical processes, maintenance techniques, and operational efficiency.

Innovation

  • At TMMC’s Innovation Lab, Engineering Analysts work on projects for predictive maintenance, industry 4.0, AI operations, advanced robotic vision and integration, internal Geo-location tracking and Internet of Things
  • Work with the latest 3D surface scanners, 3D printers, sound camera imaging and Fast Fourier Transform spectrum analysis
  • With automotive technology and systems advancing at an unprecedented rate, you will have the opportunity to learn new technologies first-hand and integrate your technical skills into the manufacturing environment
